Divorce is most likely one of the most stressful and difficult times in your life. You are likely experiencing intense emotions that you may have never really felt before, such as a deep sadness, “grief” for the “death” of the happily ever after you thought you would have on your wedding day.
There are also the overwhelming impacts to your every day life; the loss of seeing children every day; new financial realities, managing communication with ex partners, coparenting, and the loss of friends and family that belonged to your ex.
The divorce is most likely impacting your physical health. The most common issues are insomnia, depression, anxiety, worry, or inability to focus or concentrate.
It may be hard to talk to your friends and family during this difficult time. Maybe you don’t want to burden or upset them. Whether you are still contemplating divorce, are currently in the divorce process, or are post divorce, it would be my honor to talk to you, to give you space where you are not judged to talk about and experience your feelings and manage your day to day reality.
Together we will build the bridge from your married life to the next chapter in your life. My clients are both men and women going through divorce.
