Therapy is a very powerful tool that helps when life feels difficult or overwhelming.
Up until now, you may have tried to cope and solve your problems on your own — or by asking your friends and family. But, sometimes our own networks are not what we need. The true benefit of therapy is speaking objectively with another person who will not judge or be critical of you or your decisions. For some, that dynamic is what they need in order to figure things out and grow. For others, feedback, education, or pointing out “blind spots” is all they need to feel like they are back on track.
It would be my honor to get to help you overcome obstacles that are in your way of being the best you can be. I have a wide range of experience working with people on many different issues for over a decade. Trust me, there is nothing you can bring to our sessions that I have not heard before!
During our time together, you will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns and emotions in a warm, supportive and welcoming environment. My style is interactive and collaborative, with the goal that you leave each session transformed in some way.
